We convene groups of small, rigorously selected leaders in natural settings. These gatherings are expertly facilitated and bring together people with different perspectives and different tools—but with similarly powerful track records of collaboration, results, and a shared fire to drive and scale solutions.
Our convenings take place over 2-3 days and host land stewards , foresters, conservationists, policy leaders, funders, and more — people who are already doing the work, but rarely have the chance to look up, see each other, and imagine something new together. And while our convenings are restorative, they’re fundamentally hardworking: over shared meals, nature experiences, and work sessions, participants build trust, challenge preconceptions, nurture new ideas, and work together to generate pragmatic outcomes.
